| 摘要 |
探讨在患者行肠道术前展开胃肠道护理干预对其后期肠道排气的效用价值。方法 研究中共选取98例胃肠道疾病需行肠道术的患者进行对比实验，为保证研究具有一定的参考价值，可采用摇号或者抽签的方式将其随机分为对照与观察两个组别，每组49例患者，前者沿用常规护理，后者在术前对其展开胃肠道护理干预，对比术后患者的各项临床指标情况以及满意度。结果 经过研究分析后所得，在实施术前胃肠道干预后，观察组患者的肛门排气时间以及其他指标均优于对照组，同时满意度也得到有效提升。（P＜0.05）。结论 对于行肠道术的患者而言，在手术前进行胃肠道护理可有效缓解患者的腹胀程度，提高治疗效果、护理质量及满意度。

| Abstract |
Objective: To explore the utility value of gastrointestinal nursing intervention before gastrointestinal surgery in patients with gastrointestinal gas in the later period. Methods: A total of 98 patients with gastrointestinal diseases requiring bowel surgery were selected for comparative experiments in the study. In order to ensure that the research has a certain reference value, they can be randomly divided into two groups: control and observation by lottery or lottery. , 49 patients in each group, the former continued to use conventional care, the latter carried out gastrointestinal care intervention before surgery, and compared the clinical indicators and satisfaction of patients after surgery. Results: After research and analysis, after the preoperative gastrointestinal intervention, the anal exhaust time and other indicators of the observation group were better than those of the control group, and the satisfaction was also effectively improved. (P<0.05). Conclusion: For patients undergoing bowel surgery, gastrointestinal care before surgery can effectively relieve the patients abdominal distension and improve the treatment effect, nursing quality and satisfaction.
