Objective: To study and analyze the performance of high-quality nursing in the nursing process of spinal surgery patients. Methods: This experiment spanned the period from June 2020 to July 2021. Researchers conducted a study on 90 patients with spinal surgery. In this experiment, the researchers divided the selected patients into groups according to the principle of double-blind control. The control group selected 45 patients using the basic care model, and the experimental group selected 45 patients using the high-quality care model. The control group and the experimental group were recorded concurrently. The symptoms and attitudes towards nursing work should be analyzed and compared. Results: A total of 11 of the 45 patients selected in the control group had complications, accounting for 24.44% of the number of patients in the group, and 4 of the 45 patients selected in the experimental group had complications, accounting for the number of patients in the group. The proportion of patients in the two groups was 8.89%. Analysis of the data related to the occurrence of complications in the two groups showed a large difference (p<0.05). Among the selected patients in the control group, the number of patients who were particularly satisfied and relatively satisfied with the nursing work totaled 38, accounting for the group The proportion of the number of patients was 84.44%, and the corresponding number of the experimental group was 43 persons, accounting for 95.56%. Analysis of the data related to the care satisfaction of the two groups of patients showed a large difference (p<0.05). Conclusion: In the nursing process of spinal surgery patients, high-quality nursing has a relatively excellent performance, and the application effect is far better than the basic nursing model.
