Objective: To explore the effect of integrated medical care model on the incidence of complications, nursing satisfaction and hospital stay in obstetric cesarean section. Methods: from January 2021 to December 2021, 100 pregnant women undergoing obstetric cesarean section in our hospital were divided into two groups by double-blind random method. The control group was given routine nursing, and the experimental group implemented the integrated model of medical care. The scores of bad emotions, job satisfaction, length of hospital stay and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups before and after nursing. Results: the score of bad mood in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group, the job satisfaction was higher than that in the control group, the length of hospital stay was shorter than that in the control group, and the incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the implementation of integrated medical care model in obstetric cesarean section is effective, which can reduce the incidence of complications, improve nursing satisfaction and shorten hospital stay, and reduce the adverse emotional status of pregnant women, which is worthy of promotion.
