Objective: To explore the clinical application effect of the integrated management model of medical care and treatment in chronic wounds. Methods Fifty patients with chronic wounds admitted to our hospital from September 2018 to April 2019 were selected as the research objects, and the patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, 25 cases in each group, the control group The patients were given routine nursing, and the observation group implemented the integrated nursing mode of medical care and treatment on this basis. The wound healing time, hospitalization time and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients were analyzed and compared. Results The wound healing time and hospital stay in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group (96.95%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (86.59%). The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of the integrated nursing model of medical care and treatment in the nursing of chronic wound patients can effectively shorten the wound healing time, improve the nursing satisfaction of patients, and establish a good doctor-patient relationship.
