| 摘要 |
深入了解和探索新冠肺炎期间精神科缓冲病房护士工作的感受及需求。方法 采用目的抽样法，深入访谈14名缓冲病房护士，应用Colaizzi法进行资料分析。结果 分析提炼出4个主题：护士身心压力大，需要更多人文支持和关怀；疫情期间缓冲病房的工作是一种挑战，更是一种责任；创新理念，多管齐下，持续改进隔离期护理质量；缓冲病房的工作需要全面的统筹与协调。结论 护士在精神科缓冲病房工作中扮演重要角色，除了要提升专业能力及突发公共卫生事件的应对能力，还需提升自我应对突发事件的心理弹性。在管理层面上，需要对护士作出广泛而持续的支持，以保证疫情防控管理的精细化和可操作性。

| Abstract |
Objective: To deeply understand and explore the feelings and needs of nurses working in the buffer wards during outbreak of Coronavirus Disease 2019. Methods The data of 14 nurses working in the buffer wards were analyzed by Colaizzi method. Results Four themes were extracted from the analysis: The nurses are under great physical and mental pressure need more humanistic support and care; The working during the epidemic is a challenge, but also a responsibility; A variety of methods can continue to improve the nursing quality in buffer wards; The working in the the buffer wards needs overall planning and coordination. Conclusion The nurses play an important role in the buffer wards. They should not only improve their professional ability and ability to cope with public health emergencies, but also improve their mental resilience to cope with emergencies. At the management level, extensive and ongoing support for nurses is needed to ensure refined and operational management of epidemic prevention and control.
