Objective: To explore the utility value of orthopaedic rehabilitation nursing after spinal cord injury. Methods: A total of 130 patients were selected for comparative experiments in this study. All of them underwent spinal cord surgery. They were divided into a control group who continued to use routine nursing care and an observation group who implemented orthopaedic rehabilitation nursing by lottery method. The spinal cord function and psychological state of the two groups of patients were compared. score. Results: According to the analysis of the research data, the spinal cord function scores, SAS and SDS scores of the patients in the observation group were better than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: For patients with spinal cord injury and surgical treatment, orthopaedic rehabilitation nursing after operation can not only effectively improve the patients mood, but also positively promote the improvement of spinal cord function.
