| 摘要 |
全球疫情持续肆虐,海外市场萎靡,对中国跨境电商出口企业的经营带来非常不利影响,与出行和社会行为密切相关的商品类目需求骤减,各国消费者收入水平整体下降导致跨境出口商品的整体有效需求降低,全球疫情同时给跨境物流和国内供应链体系稳定性带来持续压力。中国企业须积极应对,提升海外数据采集和市场研判能力,主动对不同商品类目和国家市场采取差异性调整策略,在营销策略上积极探索内容型社交电商等“新业态”模式,提升重点国家的物流优势,落实防范和化解各种跨境经营风险的有效措施。

| Abstract |
The global epidemic continues to rage and overseas markets are sluggish, which has a very negative impact on the operations of Chinese cross-border e-commerce exporters. Demand for commodity categories closely related to travel and social behavior has plummeted, and the overall decline in income levels of consumers in various countries has led to lower overall effective demand for cross-border export goods. The global epidemic has also put continued pressure on cross-border logistics and the stability of the domestic supply chain system. Chinese enterprises must actively respond by improving their overseas data collection and market research capabilities, taking the initiative to adopt differentiated adjustment strategies for different commodity categories and national markets, actively exploring content-based social e-commerce and other "new business" models in their marketing strategies, enhancing their logistics advantages in key countries, and implementing effective measures to prevent and mitigate various cross-border business risks.
