Objective: To understand the hidden safety problems in orthopaedic nursing, to discuss the humanized nursing intervention, and to observe its application effect. Methods: This study was carried out by orthopaedic patients in our hospital, with a total of 124 patients, of which 62 patients were admitted from January to December 2020. In orthopaedic nursing, in order to strengthen the level of nursing safety management, the hidden dangers of nursing safety were carried out. The key analysis was carried out, the nursing plan was optimized, and humanized nursing interventions were added, and the patients in this time period were classified as the observation group. The rest of the patients were admitted from January to December 2019, and the patients received routine orthopaedic care during their admission, and were classified as the control group. Results: From the comparison of the incidence of nursing unsafe events and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients, the corresponding indicators of the observation group showed better results, and the numerical difference between the groups met the statistical standard (P<0.05). Conclusion: The existence of hidden safety hazards is the main reason for the occurrence of adverse events in orthopaedic nursing. In order to avoid other injuries suffered by orthopedic patients during admission, it is necessary to strengthen the management of nursing safety prevention. The orthopaedic nursing service system is more perfect.
