| 摘要 |
研究对早期颅脑外伤患者应用针对性护理模式所起到的临床效果。方法 随机选取本院2021年11月至2022年9月期间收治的早期颅脑外伤患者90例，将这90例患者按照应用护理方式的不同分为对照组和观察组，对照组早期颅脑外伤患者应用常规护理方式，观察组早期颅脑外伤患者应用针对性护理模式，通过对两组患者基本资料分析来对护理后的效果进行评价。结果 应用针对性护理模式的观察组患者GSC评分高于对照组、不良反应发生率低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 将针对性护理模式应用在早期颅脑外伤患者护理中能够从有效护理措施应用中降低患者不良反应出现，也能从护理效果和护理质量提升中提高患者的生活质量。

| Abstract |
Objective To study the clinical effects of applying the targeted care model to patients with early craniocerebral trauma. Methods Ninety patients with early craniocerebral trauma admitted to our hospital between November 2021 and September 2022 were randomly selected, and these 90 patients were divided into a control group and an observation group according to the application of care. The results were evaluated by analysing the basic data of the two groups. Results The GSC scores of patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Applying the targeted care model in the care of patients with early craniocerebral trauma can reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions in the application of effective care measures and improve the quality of life of patients through the improvement of care effects and quality of care.
