| 摘要 |
除泡机是触摸屏生产工艺中的重要设备,该设备自动化程度高、体积大是今后的发展方向。在中、小型自动脱泡机空腔的基础上完成了全新的设计,并对大尺寸空腔的技术难题进行了探讨,并进行了应力及资料的计算,最终的腔体具有尺寸大、耐压高、安全系数高的特点。

| Abstract |
The bubble removal machine is an important equipment in the production process of "touch screen". The high degree of automation and large volume of the equipment is the future development direction. On the basis of the cavity of the medium and small automatic defoam machine, the new design is completed, and the technical problems of the large cavity are discussed, and the stress and data calculation are carried out. The final cavity has the characteristics of large size, high pressure resistance and high safety factor.
