摘要
玉米黄素是一种含氧的天然类胡萝卜素,大量存在于黄玉米、枸杞、酸浆果实等植物组织与一些非光合作用细菌中,能有效预防癌症、白内障、心血管及老年性黄斑衰退等疾病的发生。目前,玉米黄素的提纯工艺主要包括有机溶剂提取法、超声波辅助提取法及酶提取法等,含量测定技术主要包括紫外-分光光度法与高效液相色谱法等。本文对近年来玉米黄素的提纯工艺及其含量测定技术的研究进行综述,以期为玉米黄素的进一步研发与应用提供思路与理论依据。
Abstract
Zeaxanthin is a kind of natural carotenoid containing oxygen, which exists in a large number of plant tissues such as yellow corn, wolfberry, acid pulp fruit and some non-photosynthetic bacteria. It can effectively prevent the occurrence of cancer, cataracts, cardiovascular and age-related macular decline and other diseases. At present, the purification process of zeaxanthin mainly includes organic solvent extraction method, ultrasonic assisted extraction method and enzyme extraction method, and the content determination technology mainly includes UV-spectrophotometry and high performance liquid chromatography. In this paper, the purification technology and content determination technology of zeaxanthin in recent years are reviewed in order to provide ideas and theoretical basis for further development and application of zeaxanthin.
