| 摘要 |
对80岁及以上卧床患者失禁性皮炎对预防护理效果进行分析。方法 研究分析早期护理干预在80岁及以上老年失禁患者护理中的应用效果，将本院80例80岁及以上老年失禁患者作为研究对象，使用电脑随机分组，两组患者分别应用不同护理措施，即常规护理和这一基础上增加早期预防护理干预，比较护理结果。结果 在比较后发现，观察组患者和对照组患者的护理效果明显存在较大差异，观察组患者的护理效果更优质（P＜0.05）。结论 对80岁及以上卧床患者失禁性皮炎采取早期预防护理可以有效的提升预防效果，降低患者的失禁性皮炎的发生几率。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the effect of preventive nursing on incontinent dermatitis in bedridden patients aged 80 years and above. Methods To study and analyze the application effect of early nursing intervention in the care of elderly incontinence patients aged 80 years and above, 62 cases of elderly incontinence patients aged 80 years and above in our hospital were used as research objects, and they were randomly divided into groups by computer, and the two groups of patients were respectively applied with different nursing measures , that is, routine care and the addition of early preventive nursing interventions on this basis, and compare nursing outcomes. Results After comparison, it was found that there was a significant difference in the nursing effect between the observation group and the control group, and the nursing effect of the observation group was better (P<0.05). Conclusion Early preventive care for incontinent dermatitis in bedridden patients aged 80 years and above can effectively improve the preventive effect and reduce the incidence of incontinent dermatitis in patients.
