中医特色护理技术对男性睾丸炎患者临床预后的影响研究

| 摘要 |
研究中医特色护理技术在男性睾丸炎护理中的应用价值。方法 将样本容量为100例的男性睾丸炎患者随机分为B组50例和B+Z组50例，分别开展常规护理，常规护理+中医特色护理。对比两组患者的临床疗效、康复进程及护理评价。结果 B+Z组共92%的患者获效，高于B组的76%（P＜0.05）。B+Z组患者阴囊红肿、疼痛症状消失时间及总病程均短于B组（P＜0.05）。B+Z组患者护理满意度为96%，高于B组的78%（P＜0.05）。结论 予以男性睾丸炎患者中医特色护理可有效提高患者的临床疗效，缩短患者病程，提高患者护理满意度。

| Abstract |
Objective To study the application value of traditional Chinese medicine nursing technique in male orchitis. Methods A sample size of 100 cases of male orchitis patients were randomly divided into group B (50 cases) and group B+Z (50 cases) to carry out routine nursing, routine nursing + traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing, respectively. The clinical efficacy, rehabilitation process and nursing evaluation of the two groups were compared. Results A total of 92% of patients in group B+Z were effective, compared with 76% in group B (P < 0.05). The absence time and total course of scrotal swelling and pain in group B+Z were shorter than those in group B (P < 0.05). The nursing satisfaction of patients in group B+Z was 96%, which was higher than that in group B (78%) (P < 0.05). Conclusion Nursing of male orchitis with traditional Chinese medicine characteristics can effectively improve the clinical efficacy, shorten the course of the disease, and improve the nursing satisfaction of patients.
