| 摘要 |
分析全面护理干预对儿科呼吸系统疾病患儿治疗期间的应用效果。方法 研究对全面护理干预在雾化吸入疗法治疗期间患儿的应用效果进行观察，将本院82例儿科呼吸系统疾病进行雾化吸入治疗的患儿作为研究对象，使用电脑随机分组，两组患儿分别应用不同护理措施，即常规护理和全面护理干预，比较护理结果。结果 在比较后发现，两组患儿的护理结果存在比较大的差距（P＜0.05）。结论 在儿科呼吸系统疾病进行雾化吸入治疗的患儿护理过程中，全面护理干预可以取得显著的护理效果。

| Abstract |
Objectives To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing interventions applied to children with paediatric respiratory diseases during treatment. Methods: The study was conducted to observe the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on children during nebulizer inhalation therapy treatment. 82 cases of children with paediatric respiratory diseases undergoing nebulizer inhalation therapy in our hospital were taken as the study subjects and were randomly grouped using a computer, and different nursing measures, i.e. conventional nursing and comprehensive nursing intervention, were applied to the two groups of children to compare the nursing results. Results: After comparison, it was found that there was a relatively large difference between the nursing outcomes of the two groups of children (p < 0.05). Conclusion: Comprehensive nursing interventions can achieve significant nursing outcomes in the care of children undergoing nebulised inhalation therapy for paediatric respiratory diseases
