摘要	心脏康复作为心血管疾病防治的I类推荐，能够促进患者社会心理和生理健康状况。随着心血管植入性电子器械（cardiac implantable electronic device, CIED）植入量逐年增加，CIED患者的心脏康复越来越受到重视。本研究对心血管电子器械植入术后患者心脏康复前临床评估、康复运动方法、康复管理指标、心理支持和教育等进行综述，阐述了CIED植入术后心脏康复的研究现状，为医护人员对心血管电子器械植入术后患者开展心脏康复提供参考。
Abstract	Cardiac rehabilitation, as a category I recommendation for the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular disease, can improve the psychosocial and physical health of patients. With the increasing number of implanted cardiovascular implantable electronic devices (CIED), the cardiac rehabilitation of CIED patients has received more and more attention. This article reviews the clinical evaluation of cardiac rehabilitation, exercise training, rehabilitation management indicators, psychological support and education in patients after cardiovascular electronic device implantation. This article also describes the research status of cardiac rehabilitation after CIED implantation, and provides references for medical staff to carry out cardiac rehabilitation for patients after cardiovascular electronic device implantation.
