Objective: To understand the methods of clinical rehabilitation nursing and psychological nursing intervention for patients with stroke and dysphagia, and to conduct a specific evaluation of its clinical value. Methods: In this study, patients with stroke with dysphagia were the main participants. They were admitted to our hospital from April 2020 to April 2021. The number of patients was determined by random selection, and 48 cases were determined. According to the requirements of clinical nursing methods in the study, all patients were divided into groups of 24 patients. The specific nursing methods involved included routine nursing, rehabilitation nursing, and psychological nursing. The first nursing method corresponds to one group of patients, and the combined application of the three nursing methods corresponds to another group of patients. The comparative analysis is carried out in the form of a control group and an observation group before and after. Results: From the comparison of anxiety, negative emotions, and improvement of swallowing function between the two groups of patients after nursing, the corresponding indicators of the observation group showed better results, and the numerical difference between the groups met the statistical standard (P<0.05). Conclusion: The development of various rehabilitation training activities in rehabilitation nursing and the application of psychological nursing intervention methods can help patients to solve their psychological problems while improving the recovery of patients with impaired functions.
