| 摘要 |
探讨系统化口腔护理联合健康教育在慢性牙周炎中的应用价值。方法 将我院2020年1月-2022年1月80例慢性牙周炎患者，双盲随机法分二组。对照组给予系统化口腔护理，实验组实施系统化口腔护理联合健康教育。比较两组护理前后焦虑SAS评分和抑郁SDS评分、对工作满意度、牙齿健康知识了解度、慢性牙周炎复发率。结果 实验组焦虑SAS评分和抑郁SDS评分低于对照组，对工作满意度高于对照组，牙齿健康知识了解度高于对照组，慢性牙周炎复发率低于对照组，P＜0.05。结论 慢性牙周炎患者实施系统化口腔护理联合健康教育效果确切，可减轻患者不良情绪，提高其对牙齿健康知识的认知水平，降低复发率，提高满意度。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the application value of systematic oral care combined with health education in chronic periodontitis. Methods 80 patients with chronic periodontitis in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were divided into two groups by double-blind random method. The control group was given systematic oral care, and the experimental group was given systematic oral care combined with health education. The anxiety SAS score and depression SDS score, job satisfaction, knowledge of dental health, and recurrence rate of chronic periodontitis were compared between the two groups before and after nursing. Results The anxiety SAS score and depression SDS score of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group, the job satisfaction was higher than that of the control group, the understanding of dental health knowledge was higher than that of the control group, and the recurrence rate of chronic periodontitis was lower than that of the control group, P<0.05. Conclusion The systematic oral care combined with health education in patients with chronic periodontitis has an exact effect, which can alleviate the patients negative emotions, improve their cognitive level of dental health knowledge, reduce the recurrence rate, and improve their satisfaction.
