Objective To explore the application and effect of optimizing nursing work mode in high-quality nursing service in psychiatry. Methods 80 psychiatric patients admitted to our hospital within one year, from December 2020 to December of the following year, were used as the sample size. The computer sequence software was used to number the samples, and the random assignment software was downloaded for average grouping. During the study period The established research group and reference group using optimized nursing work mode and routine nursing intervention, 40 samples were obtained from each group. The specific conditions of the two groups were recorded and analyzed and compared. Results The incidence of accidental events and the incidence of complaint time were compared between the two groups. The higher group was the reference group, and its advantage was not as good as that of the research group (P<0.05), indicating that the difference was statistically significant. Comparing the satisfaction of the two groups, the higher group is the research group, and its advantage is significantly higher than that of the reference group, and the difference is statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion In the high-quality nursing service of psychiatry, the use of optimized nursing work mode can effectively reduce the occurrence of adverse events, has a positive effect on the improvement of nursing quality and satisfaction, and has high promotion and applicability.
