摘要
探讨在吞咽障碍老年患者护理时实施品管圈活动对降低误吸率的作用。方法 将70例老年吞咽障碍患者列入实验,根据护理方式的区别利用摇号方式分为对照与观察两组,前者沿用常规护理,后者实施品管圈活动,对比患者误吸率及吸入性肺炎发生率以及摄食各安全指标。结果 经研究表明,实施品管圈活动的观察组误吸率明显低于对照组,同时摄食安全各项指标均得到有效提升。(P<0.05)。结论 对于存在吞咽障碍的老年患者而言,品管圈活动的实施可提升摄食安全性,对于误吸率的降低有积极促进作用。
Abstract
Objective: To explore the effect of implementing quality control circle activities on reducing aspiration rate in nursing elderly patients with dysphagia. Methods: 70 elderly patients with dysphagia were included in the experiment. According to the difference in nursing methods, they were divided into control and observation groups by lottery method. The former followed routine nursing, and the latter implemented quality control circle activities to compare the patients aspiration rate and inhalation resistance. The incidence of pneumonia and the safety indicators of food intake. Results: The study showed that the aspiration rate of the observation group that implemented the quality control circle activity was significantly lower than that of the control group, and at the same time, various indicators of food intake safety were effectively improved. (P<0.05). Conclusion: For elderly patients with dysphagia, the implementation of quality control circle activities can improve the safety of feeding, and has a positive effect on the reduction of aspiration rate.
