| 摘要 |
探讨在肺结核患者治疗中辅以优质护理的价值。方法 试验对象选于2019.01-2022.02期间，在我院就医的肺结核患者84例，以随机数字表法均分为对照组及观察组，提供常规护理与优质护理，统计组间施护效果。结果 观察组用药依从性比对照组高，P＜0.05；观察组各项护理质量评分比对照组高，P＜0.05；观察组负性情绪评分比对照组低，P＜0.05。结论 通过以优质护理模式施护，可有效提高患者用药依从性及消除其不良情绪的同时，还能增强临床护理质量，适宜临床研究与借鉴。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the value of complementary quality care in the treatment of tuberculosis patients. Methods During the period of 2019.01-2022.02,84 tuberculosis patients in our hospital were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, providing routine care and quality care, and the nursing effect between groups was counted. Results the medication compliance of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05); The scores of nursing quality in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05); The negative emotion score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion nursing with high-quality nursing mode can not only effectively improve patients medication compliance and eliminate their bad emotions, but also enhance the quality of clinical nursing, which is suitable for clinical research and reference.
