奥美拉唑联合法莫替丁治疗消化内科胃食管反流病的临床效果分析

| 摘要 |
论奥美拉唑联合法莫替丁治疗在消化内科胃食管反流病患者中的应用。方法 随机选择在我院医治的消化内科胃食管反流病患者100例，按随机方式分组，其中50例采取法莫替丁口服治疗（对照组），另50例实施奥美拉唑联合法莫替丁治疗（观察组），经观察对比，得出结论。结果 对于各项数据的对比来说，观察组治疗方法的各项数据更加有优势，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。治疗之后观察组患者临床疗效、症状体征改善效果明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 ：使用本研究方法进行治疗，可进一步缓解消化内科中胃食管反流病患者的胃酸反流、烧心、胸骨后痛等不适症状，对病情迅速缓解，并且联合药物的安全性不会引起严重的副作用，值得临床推广应用。

| Abstract |
Objective: To discuss the application of omeprazole combined with famotidine in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease patients in the department of gastroenterology. Methods: 100 patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease treated in our hospital were randomly selected and randomly divided into groups, 50 patients received oral famotidine treatment (control group), and the other 50 patients received omeprazole combined method Motidine treatment (observation group), after observation and comparison, a conclusion is drawn. Results: For the comparison of various data, the observation group had more advantages in various data of treatment methods, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the clinical efficacy and improvement of symptoms and signs in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: The use of this research method for treatment can further relieve the symptoms of acid reflux, heartburn, retrosternal pain and other uncomfortable symptoms in gastroesophageal reflux disease patients in the department of gastroenterology. side effects, worthy of clinical application.
