亲情-责任交互式护理干预在多发性跖骨骨折患者术后的效果观察及VAS评分影响分析

| 摘要 |
分析交互式（亲情-责任）护理对于跖骨骨折（多发性）的护理作用。方法 选择2020年9月-2022年9月间入院治疗的62例跖骨骨折（多发性）患者。抽签法分组，甲组31例开展交互式（亲情-责任）护理，乙组31例开展常规护理，对比术后效果与视觉模拟量表（VAS）评分等指标。结果 甲组的足部功能优良率高出乙组（P＜0.05）。护理前，组间的VAS评分对比未见差异（P＞0.05）。1周后，甲组的VAS评分低于乙组（P＜0.05）。甲组的治疗依从性高于乙组（P＜0.05）。护理前，组间的自护能力评分较比未见差异（P＞0.05）。1周后，甲组的自护能力均高出乙组（P＜0.05）。结论 为跖骨骨折（多发性）患者实行交互式（亲情-责任）护理能够改善足部功能，减轻术后痛感，且能提高患者的依从性与自护能力。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the nursing effect of interactive (affection - responsibility) nursing on metatarsal fracture (multiple). Methods A total of 62 patients with metatarsal fracture (multiple) admitted to hospital between September 2020 and September 2022 were selected. In group A, 31 cases received routine nursing. Postoperative effects and visual analog scale (VAS) scores were compared. Results The excellent rate of foot function in group A was higher than that in group B (P < 0.05). Before nursing, there was no difference in VAS scores between groups (P > 0.05). After 1 week, the VAS score of group A was lower than that of group B (P < 0.05). Conclusion Interactive nursing for patients with metatarsal fracture (multiple) can improve foot function, reduce postoperative pain, and improve patient compliance and self-care ability.
