Objective To analyze the effect of continuous quality improvement nursing management on the psychological state and satisfaction of patients with indwelling T-tube drainage of common bile duct stones. Selection Methods January 2021 - January 2022, 60 patients with common bile duct calculi lien T tube drainage is the research object, the thesis were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, each 30 cases in the group and routine nursing was applied to the control group, experimental group in for routine care under the premise of continuous quality improvement of nursing management, nursing outcomes evaluation of two groups. Results Before nursing, there was no significant difference in mental state scores between the two groups. After nursing, HAMA, HAMD scores and satisfaction of the experimental group were better than those of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion During the nursing of patients with indwelling T-tube drainage of common bile duct, continuous quality improvement nursing management can be integrated into it, which can effectively improve the psychological state of patients, and is highly recognized by patients, which is worthy of widespread clinical promotion and application.
