| 摘要 |
研究胆总管结石患者术后早期抬高T型引流管的作用及护理效果。方法 纳入118名胆总管结石行手术治疗并置入T型引流管的患者参与本课题，平均分为实验组及参照组，各组病例均为59名，实验组在术后一周将T型引流管抬高。结果 实验组患者住院时间及置管时间、并发症概率均优于对照组。结论 术后早期抬高T型引流管，不仅能够使患者住院时间及床下活动时间提前，并且能够在一定程度上降低并发症概率，提升护理质量及效率。

| Abstract |
Objective To study the effect and nursing effect of raising T-type drainage tube in patients with choledocholithiasis after early operation. Methods A total of 118 patients with choledocholithiasis undergoing surgical treatment and T-shaped drainage tube were enrolled in this study. They were divided into experimental group and reference group, with 59 cases in each group. Results The hospitalization time, catheterization time and complication probability of the experimental group were better than those of the control group. Conclusions Raising T-type drainage tube early after operation can not only advance the hospitalization time and ambulation time of patients, but also reduce the probability of complications and improve the quality and efficiency of nursing care to some extent.
