中医综合疗法联合特色护理治疗带状疱疹后遗痛的临床效果探讨

| 摘要 |
本文探究中医综合疗法联合特色护理治疗带状疱疹后遗痛的临床效果。方法 选取2021年11月-2022年11月在我院进行治疗的76例带状疱疹后遗痛患者，并对其进行回顾性分析，对比患者治疗效果、疼痛评分和护理满意度。结果 研究组治疗效果护理满意度和疼痛评分分别为100.00%、97.37%和（5.31±1.33）分，明显优于参照组的89.47%、86.84%和（8.42±1.28）分，P＜0.05说明存在对比意义。结论 对带状疱疹后遗痛患者实施中医综合疗法+特色护理措施，能有效提高患者的治疗效果和护理满意度，缓解疼痛，对于帮助患者恢复有着重要的作用。

| Abstract |
Objective This paper explores the clinical effect of TCM comprehensive therapy combined with characteristic nursing in the treatment of posterior herpes zoster pain. Methods 76 patients with postherpetic zoster pain treated in our hospital from November 2021 to November 2022 were selected, and retrospectively analyzed to compare their treatment effect, pain score and nursing satisfaction. Results The nursing satisfaction and pain scores were 100.00%, 97.37% and (5.31 ± 1.33), respectively, which were significantly better than 89.47%, 86.84% and (8.42 ± 1.28), and P <0.05 showed comparative significance. Conclusion Implementing TCM comprehensive therapy + characteristic nursing measures for patients with herpes pain can effectively improve the treatment effect and nursing satisfaction, relieve pain, and play an important role in helping patients recover.
