| 摘要 |
对护患沟通在门诊护理工作中的实际应用效果进行分析。方法 为了促进门诊中护理水平的提升，研究就护患沟通的具体应用效果展开深入的探讨，将本院200例门诊治疗患者作为研究对象进行分组，并在分组后分别实施不同的护理干预措施，将两组患者护理后得到的不同护理结果进行比对。结果 比较后发现，观察组患者的护理效果相比对照组存在明显差异（P＜0.05）。结论 在门诊护理期间，增加护患沟通可以有效的提升门诊的护理效果，改善患者护理满意度。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the effect of nurse- patient communication in outpatient nursing work. Methods In order to promote the improvement of nursing level in the outpatient department, the study on the specific application effect of nursing patient communication was carried out in-depth discussion, 200 cases of outpatient treatment patients in our hospital as the research object were grouped, and after the grouping were respectively implemented different nursing intervention measures, the two groups of patients after the nursing of different nursing results were compared. Results After comparison, it was found that the nursing effect of the observation group was significantly different from that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion During outpatient nursing, increasing nurse-patient communication can effectively improve the effect of outpatient nursing and improve patients nursing satisfaction.
