| 摘要 |
分析循证护理干预在小儿哮喘护理中的应用价值。方法 选取2021年3月-2022年3月期间60例小儿哮喘患者为研究对象，随机将分为观察组、对照组，每组各30例患儿，对照组：常规护理，观察组：常规护理联合循证护理，评价两组护理成果。结果 观察组患儿哮鸣音消失时间、治疗有效占比、患儿满意度明显优于对照组（P<0.05））。结论 对小儿哮喘开展护理干预期间，可将循证护理融入其中，其不仅可显著提升治疗有效占比，并且可加速患儿疾病康复速度，获得患儿及其家人的高度满意，具有广泛应用和推广的价值。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the application value of evidence-based nursing intervention in pediatric asthma care. Methods A total of 60 children with asthma from March 2021 to March 2022 were selected as research objects, and were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 30 children in each group. Control group: conventional nursing, observation group: conventional nursing combined with evidence-based nursing, and the nursing outcomes of the two groups were evaluated. Results The disappearance time of wheezing, the proportion of effective treatment and the satisfaction of children in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion During the nursing intervention for children with asthma, evidence-based nursing can be integrated into it, which can not only significantly increase the effective proportion of treatment, but also accelerate the speed of disease recovery of children, and obtain the high satisfaction of children and their families, which has the value of wide application and promotion.
