Objective: To explore the application of emergency first aid nursing in emergency critically ill patients. Methods: A total of 46 critical patients in the emergency department of our hospital from January 2022 to June 2022 were selected as the research objects. All patients were randomly divided into the reference group (n = 23) and the study group (n = 23). The patients in the reference group were given routine care, and the patients in the study group were given emergency care. The rescue time, rescue efficiency and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were analyzed, and the treatment effect of the two groups was compared. Results: After nursing, the rescue time of the study group was (32.42±1.24) min, and that of the reference group was (47.45±1.17) min, and the difference between the two groups was significant (t=0.084, P=0.933). The effective rate of rescue was 95.7% in the study group and 73.9% in the reference group, and the difference between the two groups was significant (χ2=18.980, P=0.000). The nursing satisfaction of the study group was 95.7%, and that of the reference group was 52.2%. The difference between the two groups was significant (χ2=50.312, P=0.000), and the differences in the above data were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Continuous nursing for critical patients in emergency department can effectively shorten the rescue time, help to improve the level of emergency care, give patients better nursing services, can improve patients nursing satisfaction, has obvious nursing effect, worthy of further promotion.
