| 摘要 |
探究微信为平台开展延伸护理对于慢性再生障碍性贫血患者的护理效果。方法 2021年1月至2022年3月择取我院收治的102例慢性再生障碍性贫血患者，分为观察组（微信为平台开展延伸护理）与对照组（普通护理），对比护理效果。结果 观察组用药依从性高于对照组，（P＜0.05）；观察组自我护理能力高于对照组，（P＜0.05）；观察组生活质量得分高于对照组，（P＜0.05）。结论 延伸性护理以微信平台，在慢性再生障碍性贫血患者中应用，对于患者治疗依从、自我护理能力提升有较大帮助，患者出院后生活质量提升，建议推广。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the nursing effect of wechat as the platform to carry out extended care for patients with chronic aplastic anemia. Methods 102 patients with chronic aplastic anemia admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to March 2022 were selected and divided into observation group (wechat platform for extended care) and control group (general care), and the nursing effect was compared. Results The medication compliance of observation group was higher than that of control group (P < 0.05). The self-care ability of observation group was higher than that of control group (P < 0.05). The quality of life score of observation group was higher than that of control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of extended care on wechat platform in patients with chronic aplastic anemia is of great help to the improvement of patients treatment compliance and self-care ability, as well as the improvement of patients life quality after discharge, so it is recommended to promote it.
