Objective: To analyze the effect of acupoint incision (Bafeng and Baxie acupoints) combined with negative pressure treatment after the bite of bamboo leaf green snake. Methods: 60 patients with bamboo leaf snake bite received by the hospital from 2018 to 2022 were selected as the research object, and they were divided into groups according to the random number table. 50% of them were treated with basic treatment and set as the control group; 50% of them were treated with acupoint incision (Bafeng and Baxie acupoints) combined with negative pressure, and were set as the observation group. Analyze the effect difference between the two groups after treatment. Results: the peripheral diameter of the affected limb in the observation group decreased significantly one week after treatment, and the leukocyte count, prothrombin time and activated partial thrombin time in the observation group decreased significantly after treatment, while the platelet count and fibrinogen increased significantly (p<0.05), which was statistically significant. Except that the wound infection rate in the observation group was significantly lower (p<0.05), which was statistically significant. Conclusion: acupoint incision (Bafeng and Baxie acupoints) combined with negative pressure is effective in the treatment of bamboo leaf snake bite, which is worthy of clinical attention and adoption.
