| 摘要 |
探究手术室护理配合对骨科手术切口感染的应用效果和使用价值。方法 选取我院收治的骨科手术患者72例，将其按照随机分组法分为对照组（36例，使用常规护理）和观察组（36例，使用手术室护理配合）。对两组的护理效果进行分析。结果 两组患者在接受护理后均取得一定效果，但观察组在采用手术室护理配合后，其生活质量评分、凝血功能指标、切口感染发生率均优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 在骨科手术患者护理中，采用手术室护理配合干预能取得较佳的效果，可提升其生活质量，提升其凝血功能力，减少切口感染的出现。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the application effect and value of nursing cooperation in operating room on orthopedic incision infection. Methods 72 cases of orthopaedic surgery patients in our hospital were randomly divided into control group (36 cases, using routine nursing) and observation group (36 cases, using operating room nursing). The nursing effects of the two groups were analyzed. Results The two groups of patients achieved certain results after receiving nursing care, but the observation group was superior to the control group in terms of quality of life score, coagulation function index, and incision infection rate after using operating room nursing cooperation, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion In the nursing of patients undergoing orthopaedic surgery, the use of operating room nursing and intervention can achieve better results, improve their quality of life, enhance their blood coagulation ability, and reduce the occurrence of incision infection.
