| 摘要 |
探究老年冠心病患者接受优质护理效果分析。方法 2022年5月至2022年10月，择取我院收治的40例老年冠心病患者作为研究对象，随机分为管理组与参照组，参照组护理结果作为对比故护理模式不作改变，管理组对护理模式进行革新引入优质护理模式，研究该种护理模式对患者病情护理的价值。结果 管理组心脏不良事件发生率低于参照组，（P＜0.05）；管理组心脏功能在护理后改善程度高于参照组，（P＜0.05）；管理组护理服务评价分值高于参照组，（P＜0.05）。结论 老年冠心病患者护理工作启用优质护理，可有效改善患者病情，同时患者评价较好，建议推广。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the effect of high-quality nursing on elderly patients with coronary heart disease. Methods From May 2022 to October 2022, 40 elderly patients with coronary heart disease admitted to our hospital were selected as the research objects, and randomly divided into the management group and the reference group. The nursing results of the reference group were used as a comparison, so the nursing mode was not changed. The management group innovated the nursing mode and introduced high-quality nursing mode to study the value of this nursing mode for patients condition. Results The incidence of adverse cardiac events in the management group was lower than that in the control group (P; The improvement of cardiac function in the management group was higher than that in the control group after nursing (P; The nursing service evaluation score of the management group was higher than that of the reference group (P<0.05). Conclusion High quality nursing can effectively improve the condition of the elderly patients with coronary heart disease. At the same time, the patient evaluation is good, and it is recommended to promote.
