| 摘要 |
分析胰岛素规范化管理中应用品管圈活动的效果。方法 选取2022年2月至2022年8月收治利用胰岛素泵治疗的糖尿病患者100例，随机分为观察组（品管圈活动）和对照组（常规护理管理）各50例，对比效果。结果 观察组不良状况发生率、血糖平稳及出院时间、血糖水平低于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组生活质量评分高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 品管圈活动可有效降低不良状况发生，提升干预效果。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the effect of applying quality control circle in standardized insulin management. Methods 100 diabetic patients who were treated with insulin pump from February 2022 to August 2022 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group (quality control circle activity) and the control group (routine nursing management) with 50 cases each. The effects were compared. Results The incidence of adverse conditions, blood glucose level, discharge time and blood glucose level in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05); The score of quality of life in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The quality control circle activities can effectively reduce the occurrence of adverse conditions and improve the intervention effect.
