| 摘要 |
探讨分析泌尿外科腹腔镜下肾肿瘤剜除术围手术期的快速康复护理。方法 研究伊始时间为2021年3月，结束时间我2022年3月，通过电脑程序作用下在该时间段内选择我院泌尿外科接受腹腔镜下肾肿瘤剜除术的患者500例作为入组成员，区分为了两个群组，分别为使用对照组统共250例患者使用常规围术期护理，以及观察组统共250例患者使用围术期的快速康复护理，对患者最终产生的干预成效进行两个组别之间的比较。结果 各项临床指标完成最终所消耗的时间更长的一个组别为对照组（P＜0.05）；在术后2小时时间段两个组别之间所承受疼痛没有差异（P＞0.05），在术后24和48小时患者所承受疼痛感受更为剧烈的一个组别为对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 对于在泌尿外科通过腹腔镜作用下所开展的肾肿瘤剜除术的患者而言，对其围手术期阶段使用快速康复护理模式进行相应的干预工作，让患者在手术后能够在更短的时间内康复，同时患者所承受的疼痛感受得到了较大程度的缓解，是一种值得临床实际推广与使用的方式。

| Abstract |
Objective: To explore and analyze the perioperative rapid rehabilitation nursing of laparoscopic enucleation of renal tumor in urology. Methods: the study started in March 2021 and ended in March 2022. Under the action of computer program, 500 patients who underwent laparoscopic enucleation of renal tumors in the Department of Urology of our hospital were selected as members of the group. They were divided into two groups: 250 patients in the control group used routine perioperative nursing and 250 patients in the observation group used perioperative rapid rehabilitation nursing, The final intervention effect of patients was compared between the two groups. Results: the group that took longer to complete all clinical indexes was the control group (P < 0.05); There was no difference in pain between the two groups at 2 hours after operation (P > 0.05), and the group with more severe pain at 24 and 48 hours after operation was the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: for the patients with renal tumor enucleation carried out by laparoscopy in urology, the rapid rehabilitation nursing mode should be used for corresponding intervention in the perioperative stage, so that the patients can recover in a shorter time after the operation, and the pain feeling of the patients has been alleviated to a great extent. It is a way worthy of clinical promotion and use.
