| 摘要 |
分析围术期精细化护理在手术室护理管理中的应用效果。方法 回顾性分析70例手术患者的临床资料，手术时间为2020年7月-2022年3月，随机分两组，研究v组采用围术期精细化护理，研究w组采用常规护理，对比研究v组及研究w组患者的手术指标和生存质量等。结果 护理前，研究v组的负面情绪评分与生存质量评分接近于研究w组患者，无统计学意义P>0.05；护理后，研究v组的住院时间、治疗时间、术中出血量与护理配合、卫生消毒、护理记录、手术环境、器械管理等评分优于研究w组患者，而负面情绪评分与并发症发生率低于研究w组患者，有统计学意义P<0.05。结论 围术期精细化护理在手术室护理管理中的应用效果更理想，值得广泛利用。

| Abstract |
Objective: To analyze the application effect of perioperative fine nursing in the nursing management of operating room. Methods the clinical data of 70 surgical patients were retrospectively analyzed. The operation time was from July 2020 to March 2022. They were randomly divided into two groups. Study Group V used perioperative fine nursing and Study Group w used routine nursing. The surgical indexes and quality of life of patients in Study Group V and Study Group w were compared. Results before nursing, the negative emotion score and quality of life score of study group V were close to those of study group W, without statistical significance (P > 0.05); After nursing, the scores of hospitalization time, treatment time, intraoperative blood loss and nursing cooperation, sanitation and disinfection, nursing records, operating environment, and instrument management in study group v were better than those in study group w, while the scores of negative emotions and the incidence of complications were lower than those in study group w, with statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion the application effect of perioperative fine nursing in the nursing management of operating room is more ideal, and it is worth to be widely used.
