| 摘要 |
探讨老年髋部骨折患者全麻术后谵妄的因素与护理。方法 将我院2021年3月-2022年3月80例老年髋部骨折全麻术患者，双盲随机法分二组。对照组给予常规护理，实验组实施预防性护理。比较两组满意度、谵妄发生率。结果 实验组满意度高于对照组，谵妄发生率低于对照组，P＜0.05。结论 老年髋部骨折全麻术患者实施预防性护理效果确切，可有效减少谵妄发生，提高患者的满意度。

| Abstract |
Objective: To explore the factors and nursing of delirium after general anesthesia in elderly patients with hip fracture. Methods: 80 elderly patients with hip fracture undergoing general anesthesia in our hospital from March 2021 to March 2022 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was given routine nursing, and the experimental group was given preventive nursing. The satisfaction and the incidence of delirium were compared between the two groups. Results: the satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, and the incidence of delirium was lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the implementation of general anesthesia can effectively reduce the incidence of hip fracture and improve the satisfaction of elderly patients.
