Objective: To explore the application of nursing intervention in operating room to effectively prevent orthopedic surgical incision infection. Methods: from January 2020 to December 2020, 80 patients who came to our hospital for surgical treatment due to orthopedic diseases were included for investigation. All patients participating in this investigation received surgical treatment and cooperated with nursing intervention at the same time. According to the nursing plan, they were divided into two groups, with 40 patients in each group. The study group was named as the routine nursing group according to the protocol. The nursing scheme adopted by the routine group was traditional routine nursing, and the nursing scheme adopted by the study group was operating room nursing intervention. Summarize and explore the implementation effect of two nursing schemes. Results: the hospitalization time of patients in the routine group was significantly longer than that in the study group, and there was significant difference between the two groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion: nursing intervention in operating room can effectively prevent orthopaedic surgical incision infection. This scheme is worthy of clinical application and popularization.
