摘要
研究护理工作中提升护理人员护患沟通能力所起到的作用。方法 随机选择本院2021年9月至2022年10月在我院门诊部接受护理治疗的患者110例,将其分为对照组和观察组,对照组为患者实施门诊常规护理,观察组为患者实施常规门诊护理的基础上应用护患沟通技巧,通过分析两组患者基本资料来对护理后的效果进行评价。结果 对门诊部门患者进行护理时应用护患沟通技巧后护理人员工作中投诉事件发生率为1.81%,低于同期对照组12.72%,且患者的护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 通过有效的方式提升了护理人员沟通能力,能够较大程度的减小患者投诉事件发生,也能从优质、全面的护理服务中提升患者的护理满意度。
Abstract
Objective: To study the role of improving nurses nurse-patient communication ability in nursing work. Methods: A total of 110 patients who received nursing treatment in the outpatient department of our hospital from September 2021 to October 2022 were randomly selected and divided into control group and observation group. The control group was given routine outpatient care for patients, while the observation group was given routine outpatient care for patients on the basis of nurse-patient communication skills. By analyzing the basic data of two groups of patients to evaluate the effect of nursing. Results: After nursing patients in outpatient department with nurse-patient communication skills, the incidence of nursing complaints was 1.81%, which was lower than 12.72% in the control group during the same period, and the nursing satisfaction of patients was higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusions: The communication ability of nursing staff is improved through effective ways, which can reduce the occurrence of patient complaints to a greater extent, and improve the nursing satisfaction of patients from high-quality and comprehensive nursing services.
