Objective: To analyze the application effect of early rehabilitation nursing model in the nursing of patients with cerebral infarction and its impact on the quality of life of patients. Methods: 88 patients with cerebral infarction treated in our hospital from March 2019 to March 2021 were selected as the research objects and divided into groups. The grouping method was random number table method. 44 patients receiving routine care were taken as the control group. On this basis, 44 patients receiving early rehabilitation care were taken as the research group. The neurological deficit (NIHSS) scores of the two groups were compared Motor function (Fugl Meyer) scale score and quality of life (QLI) scale score. Results: before the intervention, there was no significant difference in the scores of NIHSS scale, Fugl Meyer scale and QLI scale between the two groups (P > 0.05). After the intervention, the scores of NIHSS scale in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the scores of Fugl Meyer scale and QLI scale were significantly higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the application of early rehabilitation nursing mode in the clinical nursing of patients with cerebral infarction can effectively improve the neurological and motor functions of patients, and is conducive to improving the quality of life of patients.
