| 摘要 |
观察老年哮喘患者护理中开展临床护理路径模式的效果。方法 选取我院2021年4月－2022年4月期间收治的60例老年哮喘患者，随机分为研究组与对照组，每组30例。结果 护理前两组SAS、SDS评分对比，P＞0.05，护理后研究组SAS、SDS评分低于对照组，P＜0.05；护理后研究组肺功能指标高于对照组，P＜0.05；研究组护理后生活质量评分高于对照组，P＜0.05；研究组护理满意度高于对照组，P＜0.05。结论 老年哮喘患者在护理过程中，实施临床护理路径模式效果显著，可有效改善心理状态与肺功能指标，提高生活质量，促使护理满意度进一步提升。

| Abstract |
Objective To observe the effect of carrying out clinical nursing path mode in the nursing of elderly asthma patients. Methods 60 elderly patients with asthma admitted to our hospital from April 2021 to April 2022 were randomly divided into study group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. Results Before nursing, the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were compared, P>0.05. After nursing, the SAS and SDS scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group, P<0.05; After nursing, the lung function indexes of the study group were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05); The quality of life score in the study group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05); Nursing satisfaction in the study group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion In the nursing process of elderly asthma patients, the implementation of the clinical nursing path model has a significant effect, which can effectively improve the psychological status and lung function indicators, improve the quality of life, and promote the further improvement of nursing satisfaction.
