Objective: To explore the significance of comprehensive nursing in the perioperative period of scar cesarean section. Methods 78 patients with scar uterus who underwent cesarean section in our hospital from April 2020 to March 2022 were divided into two groups according to the digital parity method. During the perioperative period, the control group was given routine nursing care, while the observation group was given comprehensive nursing care. The differences of postpartum complications and maternal and infant outcomes between the two groups were statistically analyzed. Results: the postpartum complications in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05); By comparing the maternal and infant outcomes between the two groups, the amount of postpartum hemorrhage, length of hospital stay, start time of breastfeeding and neonatal score in the observation group were better than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: when patients with scarred uterus undergo cesarean section again, we should pay attention to their perioperative nursing work, and implement intervention in a comprehensive nursing mode, which can not only reduce the risk of postpartum complications and shorten their hospital stay, but also promote pregnant women to breastfeed newborns as soon as possible, which plays a positive role in reducing adverse maternal and infant outcomes and improving maternal prognosis, which is suitable for reference and application in grass-roots hospitals.
