Objective: To explore and analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the compliance of staged functional exercise in patients with lumbar disc herniation after operation. Methods From January 2021 to January 2022, a total of 100 patients who received postoperative care for lumbar disc herniation in our hospital were selected as the subjects of this study. According to the method of computer blind selection, 100 patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group. The control group adopted the nursing mode of routine nursing for intervention, and the observation group adopted the nursing mode of comprehensive nursing for intervention. The control group and the observation group were compared and analyzed in terms of exercise knowledge mastery rate and phased exercise compliance. Results After nursing intervention, the mastery rate of exercise knowledge and compliance of stage exercise in the observation group and the control group were compared and analyzed. The observation group was significantly better than the control group (P<0.05). The difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Intervention with comprehensive nursing mode for patients with lumbar disc herniation after operation can effectively improve the mastery rate of exercise knowledge and the compliance of phased exercise. It has excellent effect in clinical application and is worthy of promotion and application.
