| 摘要 |
分析癌痛患者接受延续性护理的效果。方法 从2020年1月-2022年1月区间60例因癌痛入院的患者，依据护理形式分组，即实验与对照，各组病患30例。对照组病患均接受常规干预，实验组病患均接受延续性护理，对比相关数据。结果 实验组满意度优于对照组，P＜0.05。实验组不良情绪低于对照组，P＜0.05。实验组疼痛程度低于对照组，P＜0.05。实验组生活质量高于对照组的各项评分，对比发现P＜0.05。结论 对癌痛患者实施延续性护理，可以缓解不良情绪，提升满意度以及生存质量，改善疼痛程度。

| Abstract |
Objective: To analyze the effect of continuous nursing for cancer pain patients. Methods: from January 2020 to January 2022, 60 patients with cancer pain admitted to the hospital were divided into groups according to the nursing form, i.e. experiment and control. There were 30 patients in each group. The patients in the control group received routine intervention, and the patients in the experimental group received continuous care. The relevant data were compared. Results: the satisfaction of the experimental group was better than that of the control group (P < 0.05). The bad mood of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05). The pain degree of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05). The quality of life of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: continuous nursing care for cancer pain patients can relieve bad mood, improve satisfaction and quality of life, and improve the degree of pain.
