| 摘要 |
观察腹腔镜手术治疗早期子宫内膜癌的效果。方法 研究时间选择2020年10月-2021年10月，研究对象为在我院就诊并接受相关治疗的早期子宫内膜癌74例，按照数字表随机重组排序法分为两组各37例，即接受传统开腹手术的对照组与接受腹腔镜手术的观察组，比较两组的治疗效果。结果 观察组手术、术后排气、下床活动及住院的各时间均短于对照组，手术出血量少于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组的手术并发症发生率低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 针对早期子宫内膜癌患者的临床治疗中，选择腹腔镜手术治疗的疗效更好，且手术并发症风险小、更有利于术后恢复，值得加强应用。

| Abstract |
Objective: To observe the effect of laparoscopic surgery for early endometrial carcinoma. Methods: The study time was from October 2020 to October 2021. The study subjects were 74 patients with early endometrial cancer who had seen doctors in our hospital and received relevant treatment. They were randomly divided into two groups according to the number table and the random reorganization sorting method, 37 patients in each group, that is, the control group receiving traditional laparotomy and the observation group receiving laparoscopic surgery. The treatment effects of the two groups were compared. Results: The time of operation, exhaust, getting out of bed and hospitalization in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, and the amount of bleeding during operation was less than that in the control group (P<0.05); The incidence of surgical complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: In the clinical treatment of patients with early endometrial cancer, laparoscopic surgery is more effective, less risk of surgical complications, and more conducive to postoperative recovery. It is worth strengthening the application.
