Objective: To study the effect of high-quality nursing on the improvement of adverse psychology and satisfaction of patients with liver cirrhosis. Methods: the study period was from November 2020 to November 2021. Participants: 80 patients with liver cirrhosis collected in our hospital. The patients were grouped by random data table method. There were 40 patients in each group. The control group received routine nursing. The experimental group received high-quality nursing. The psychological and emotional level and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were collected. Results: before nursing, the negative emotion scores of patients in each group were higher. After different nursing, the negative emotion score of patients in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group. The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group. There were differences in data comparison (P < 0.05). The clinical indexes of the experimental group have more advantages. Before nursing, the indexes of liver function of patients were similar (P > 0.05). After nursing, it was found that the experimental group was helpful to further improve the liver function of patients (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the implementation of high-quality nursing for patients with liver cirrhosis can further improve the negative mood of patients, improve liver function and improve the quality of life. It should be popularized in practical nursing.
