| 摘要 |
探究、分析糖尿病酮症酸中毒护理中，实施ICU护理方案的所得效果。方法 录入糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者，总计56例。时间始于2020.08，截止于2022.07。随机数字表法分组，两组均28例。参照组、试验组对应护理方案为常规护理、ICU护理。对各组护理效果进行统计学分析。结果 试验组护理效果较参照组优异，P＜0.05。结论 糖尿病酮症酸中毒护理对策选择，以ICU护理为主，临床意义突出。除加快酸中毒纠正时间外，还可缩短住院时间，有利于改善血糖指标，在促进患者预后效果提升方面效果理想。

| Abstract |
Objective: To explore and analyze the effect of implementing ICU nursing plan in the nursing of diabetes ketoacidosis. Methods: 56 patients with diabetes ketoacidosis were enrolled. The time starts from August 2020 and ends on July 2022. There were 28 cases in both groups. The corresponding nursing schemes of the reference group and the experimental group were routine nursing and ICU nursing. The nursing effect of each group was statistically analyzed. Results: the nursing effect of the experimental group was better than that of the reference group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the choice of nursing strategy for diabetes ketoacidosis is ICU nursing, which has prominent clinical significance. In addition to speeding up the correction time of acidosis, it can also shorten the hospitalization time, which is conducive to improving the blood glucose index, and has an ideal effect in promoting the prognosis of patients.
