Objective: To analyze the therapeutic effect of Buyang Huanwu Decoction and Danshen Decoction during the treatment of stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease with qi deficiency and blood stasis. Methods 68 patients admitted from February 2021 to May 2022 were taken as study samples. 34 of them were randomly selected according to double blind method. They were treated with conventional western medicine as the control group, and the other 34 were treated with Buyang Huanwu Decoction and Danshen Decoction as the observation group. Analyze the recovery of patients. Results The left ventricular ejection fraction, platelet level, angina attack frequency and brain natriuretic peptide level in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group (P<0.05). There was no difference in TCM symptom scores between the two groups before and after treatment (P>0.05). After treatment, the observation group was superior to the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical treatment of patients with stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease of Qi deficiency and blood stasis type according to Buyang Huanwu Decoction and Danshen Decoction can effectively improve the cardiac function of patients, and has a high safety during the medication.
