| 摘要 |
研究综合护理在老年高血压患者中的应用价值。方法 选取2021年4月－2022年4月我院收治的80例老年高血压患者，采用随机分组方式分为研究组与对照组，对照组40例患者行常规护理模式，研究组40例患者行综合护理，对比疾病知识知晓率、心理状态评分、血压水平、血压达标率。结果 研究组患者疾病知识知晓率高于对照组；护理后，研究组焦虑（HAMA）、抑郁（HAMD）评分均低于对照组；血压水平低于对照组；血压达标率高于对照组，P＜0.05。结论 老年高血压护理工作中实施综合护理效果更为显著，可明显提高患者对疾病的认知程度，缓解不良情绪，控制血压水平。

| Abstract |
Objective: To study the application value of comprehensive nursing in elderly patients with hypertension. Methods: 80 elderly patients with hypertension admitted to our hospital from April 2021 to April 2022 were randomly divided into the study group and the control group. 40 patients in the control group received routine nursing care, and 40 patients in the study group received comprehensive nursing care. The awareness rate of disease knowledge, psychological status score, blood pressure level, and blood pressure compliance rate were compared. Results: The awareness rate of disease knowledge in the study group was higher than that in the control group; After nursing, the scores of anxiety (HAMA) and depression (HAMD) in the study group were lower than those in the control group; The blood pressure level was lower than that of the control group; The rate of blood pressure reaching the standard was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The effect of comprehensive nursing is more significant in the elderly hypertension nursing work, which can significantly improve the patients cognition of the disease, relieve the bad mood, and control the blood pressure level.
