摘要	论颈部养生操用于神经根型颈椎病患者护理效果。方法随机选择在我院医治的接受非手术治疗神经根型颈椎病患者 100 例，按随机方式分组，其中 50 例采取常规护理（对照组），另 50 例在日常护理的基础上使用本研究方法锻炼（观察组），经观察对比，得出结论。结果护理之后观察组患者总有效率为 94.00%，对照组总有效率为 72.00%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组进食、如厕、床椅移动、平地行走分数为（8.28±2.87）、（8.44±1.31）、（12.63±2.89）、（12.36±1.62），对照组进食、如厕、床椅移动、平地行走分数为（5.30±1.59）、（5.96±0.49）、（7.40±1.78）、（7.91±0.69），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论使用本研究方法进行护理，应用科学规范的颈部保健操，能有效改善颈椎功能，提高患者独立生活的能力，值得临床推广应用。
Abstract	Objective To discuss the nursing effect of cervical health exercises on patients with cervicalspondylotic radiculopathy. Methods 100 patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy who receivednon-surgical treatment in our hospital were randomly selected. They were randomly divided into two groups.Among them, 50 patients received routine nursing (control group), and the other 50 patients used this researchmethod to exercise on the basis of daily nursing (observation group). After observation and comparison, we reacheda conclusion. Results After nursing, the total effective rate was 94.00% in the observation group and 72.00% in thecontrol group, with a statistically significant difference (P<0.05); The scores of eating, toileting, bed chairmovement and flat walking in the observation group were (8.28 ± 2.87), (8.44 ± 1.31), (12.63 ± 2.89), (12.36 ±1.62), while those in the control group were (5.30 ± 1.59), (5.96 ± 0.49), (7.40 ± 1.78), (7.91 ± 0.69), withstatistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion The use of this research method for nursing and scientific andstandardized neck exercises can effectively improve the cervical function and improve the ability of patients to liveindependently, which is worthy of clinical application.
