综合护理干预对缓解妇科患者术后疼痛的临床效果

摘要	探究分析综合护理干预对缓解妇科患者术后疼痛的临床效果。方法选取于 2021 年 1 月至 2022 年 1 月，至我院接受妇科手术的患者共 78 例，作为本次研究对象。根据患者的入院序列数为基础，采用随机数字分组的方式，将 78 例患者随机分为对照组以及观察组。对照组采用常规护理模式进行干预；观察组采用综合护理模式进行干预。对比分析对照组以及观察组的护理满意度；疼痛程度；以及心理状态。结果经护理干预后，观察组在护理满意度；疼痛程度；以及心理状态方面明显优于对照组，其中（P＜0.05），差异具有统计学意义。结论在对接受妇科手术的患者进行干预的过程中，采用综合护理模式进行干预，能够有效提升患者的护理满意度，同时能够显著改善患者的疼痛程度以及心理状态，在实际应用的过程中具有优良的效果，值得进一步的推广与应用。
Abstract	Objective To explore and analyze the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing intervention onrelieving postoperative pain of gynecological patients. Methods 78 patients who received gynecological surgery inour hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the subjects of this study. Based on the number ofadmission sequences of patients, 78 patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group byrandom number grouping. The control group was intervened with conventional nursing mode; The observationgroup was intervened by comprehensive nursing mode. The nursing satisfaction of the control group and theobservation group was compared and analyzed; Degree of pain; And mental state. Results After nursingintervention, the observation group was satisfied with nursing; Degree of pain; And the psychological status wassignificantly better than that of the control group, among which (P<0.05), the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion In the process of intervention for patients undergoing gynecological surgery, the adoption ofcomprehensive nursing mode can effectively improve the patients satisfaction with nursing, and can significantlyimprove the patients pain level and psychological state, which has excellent effect in the actual application process,and is worthy of further promotion and application.
